Lead quality assurance efforts across complex software programs, including multi-vendor and multi-system integration environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct QA activities for software programs, developing strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.
• Lead QA efforts in multi-vendor or multi-system integration environments.
• Perform manual and automation testing to ensure software quality.
• Manage QA processes within Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• 5 years of QA leadership experience managing or directing QA efforts.
• 2 years leading QA in multi-vendor/multi-system integration environments.
• 2 years cumulative experience developing QA strategies and test plans.
• 2 years experience performing manual and automation testing.
• 1 year experience with cloud-based SaaS implementations.
• 1 year experience using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM.
• 2 years applying QA processes within Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with test data management, performance testing, and vendor validation processes.
