Description

Lead a QA team of functional testers, automation engineers, and performance specialists while managing day-to-day operations and DevOps integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily QA operations and align team output with project goals.
• Drive testing best practices across functional, automation, and performance workstreams.
• Oversee environment setup and DevOps integration within cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor team members and foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework and Python.
• Proficiency in C# and Selenium for automation.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing.
• Strong data validation skills using SQL, ETL processes, and Databricks.
• Practical experience with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools applied to QA processes.
