Lead QA strategy and automation for scalable test systems in Atlanta, GA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy aligned with product roadmaps to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Architect and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and JUnit for end-to-end and integration testing.
• Integrate automation tools into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub to accelerate release cycles and feedback loops.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Jira and qTest for functional, regression, and performance coverage.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven QA tools and analyze metrics to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Strong proficiency in JUnit for unit and integration testing.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Familiarity with defect management tools including Jira and qTest.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate and implement AI-driven tools for QA optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing self-healing or AI-enhanced test frameworks.
• Background in security or performance testing automation.
