Description

You will lead testing strategies for an integrations platform, ensuring Mulesoft-developed services and APIs meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy testing strategies for the integrations platform.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 QA automation engineers.
  • Design, create, and execute test cases using Postman.
  • Own the automation framework for the integrations team and drive efficiencies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts across platform applications and work with developers to increase unit testing coverage.
  • Manage bug-tracking reports and testing progress dashboards.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 1+ year in a lead role.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in API and integration testing.
  • Expertise in creating Postman collections and developing test plans for SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage user stories, bugs, and test plans.
  • Experience with API testing automation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of software QA concepts and the testing lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Javascript experience.
