Description

You will lead the QA team in designing and executing test strategies for mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of mobile application test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Java.
• Mentor team members on automation techniques, testing tools, and best practices.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to resolve identified defects.
• Enhance test frameworks and infrastructure to support CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer on mobile testing projects.
• Strong proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Expertise in Java for automation script development.
• Experience maintaining test frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to plan and prioritize test execution based on release schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
