Lead the quality strategy for mobile products, designing test plans and managing QA engineers to ensure integration accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring the team follows industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all quality assurance aspects, including establishing metrics, developing new tools, and applying best practices.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, managing outside contract testers and coordinating resources for releases.
• Act as the key point of contact for QA, providing services and coordinating internally and externally.
• Recommend software improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Extensive experience in Mobile QA testing, both functional and automation.
• High proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, C++, and XML.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proven ability to lead QA teams and manage external contractors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in designing test plans and managing release quality.
