Description

Lead the quality assurance strategy and execution for a Distributed Order Management (DOM) implementation, focusing on Manhattan Associates or similar platforms. You will own the end-to-end test strategy, drive automation and CI/CD integration, and manage testing across third-party vendors and global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, aligning objectives with business goals, technical architecture, and delivery milestones.
• Lead planning and execution of functional, integration, system, performance, and UAT testing, managing milestones and defect lifecycle.
• Implement and scale test automation frameworks for regression and integration testing, integrating into CI/CD pipelines for early defect detection.
• Coordinate testing efforts across Manhattan Associates, third-party vendors, and boundary systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, managing resource planning, onboarding, and performance tracking for onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a test leadership role.
• Proven experience with DOM platforms, preferably Manhattan Associates.
• Proficiency in test management tools: Jira, TestRail, Zephyr.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing testing across third-party systems and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and retail/e-commerce/supply chain domains.
