Lead the change management process and methodology for lending project releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the change management process and methodology across all lending project releases.
• Audit metrics and resolve findings using Tableau reporting and metric examination.
• Build JIRA dashboards and filters to monitor and report on progress.
• Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive incident root cause analysis.
• Produce and review monthly portfolio health reports for the CIO and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or change management roles.
• Thorough understanding of Change Management and QE process methodology within Agile environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA for dashboarding and reporting.
• Experience executing and examining QE metric reports to identify KPI gaps.
• Ability to perform, report on, and drive solutions for incident root cause analysis.
• Experience creating and maintaining Confluence pages.
• Strong communication skills for presenting report details and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Banking domain knowledge.
