Description

You will lead QA strategy and end-to-end testing execution for eCommerce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to create test plans, scenarios, and test cases for functional requirements.
• Define testing scope for each release within an Agile environment and construct pre- and post-deployment plans.
• Develop reusable test artifacts, frameworks, and test cases while managing defects and QA best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure the quality of tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Manage release scheduling around dependencies and provide final QA signoff.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of client-facing experience in QA strategy and execution within Agile environments.
• Extensive manual QA experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Client ALM.
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore resources.
• Deep functional understanding of eCommerce platforms and integrations.
• Proven track record of implementing QA and release management practices.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, load balancers, and performance.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with technologists and business analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with DB2/400.
