You will lead a global QA team to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and performance of tax preparation software for the USA market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Validate tax calculation engines, electronic filing systems, and reporting interfaces against IRS guidelines and US federal/state regulations.
• Develop and execute test cases to assess internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of employees and contingent workers.
• Collaborate with internal tax teams and SMEs to define test objectives, scope, and resolution of audit findings.
• Identify automation opportunities and maintain scripts with engineers to accelerate testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in software testing with domain expertise applied to product enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium for automation.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Jira for test planning and defect management.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with JMeter and Postman for performance and API testing.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in App-based automation testing.
• Previous participation in a ground-up product deployment.
• ISTQB certification and experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
