Lead quality assurance efforts for IVR and voice automation systems. Own testing strategies and execution within Cyara Velocity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance processes and define testing strategies for voice automation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Validate Genesys Cloud Interactive Voice Response (IVR) workflows.
• Manage testing execution within Cyara Velocity environments.
• Ensure quality standards across IVR and voice automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Cyara Velocity.
• Experience testing Genesys Cloud – Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
• Proficiency in Python automation.
• Must be located in North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other voice automation testing platforms.
• Background in telecommunications or contact center technologies.
