Description

Lead quality assurance for IVR and voice automation systems, defining testing strategies and executing validation within Cyara Velocity environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute testing strategies for voice automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Validate Genesys Cloud Interactive Voice Response (IVR) workflows.
• Manage testing execution within Cyara Velocity environments.
• Ensure quality standards across all IVR and voice automation deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Cyara Velocity.
• Experience testing Genesys Cloud – Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
• Proficiency in Python automation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
• Must be located in North Carolina.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other voice automation testing platforms.
• Background in telecommunications or contact center technologies.
