Description

You will lead the quality assurance function, guiding a team to deliver high-quality software through rigorous manual and automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA projects and mentor QA engineers to ensure flawless software delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks using Katalon and Selenium.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define and validate requirements.
• Maintain test environments and implement performance and load testing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with deep expertise in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in Katalon and Selenium for test automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and integration into testing pipelines.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and version control systems like git/Bitbucket.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent education.
