Description

Lead the QA function for the CCB group, managing onshore and offshore teams across all project phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore QA teams, representing QA in all project phases.
• Manage test planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting for all QA activities.
• Oversee automation, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and regression testing cycles.
• Conduct functional and performance testing for CCB and Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Develop detailed test cases, validation scripts, and defect reports, driving automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with CCB and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in using AWS, Jira, and SQL.
• Proven experience in testing, validation processes, and workflow optimization.
• Experience managing QA across onshore and offshore teams.
• Familiarity with utilities industry applications is required.
