Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by defining, implementing, and integrating quality principles into software IT processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current QA practices and recommend future state tools and methodologies.
• Establish quality assurance metrics and ensure all procedures are executed.
• Manage the definition and integration of quality processes into software design and development.
• Monitor, track, and report on defects to ensure products meet established standards.
• Perform knowledge transfer to QA staff and champion quality principles through training.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of experience developing and conducting test processes for multiple system types.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Manual testing, SQL, Test case development, and Jira.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and IT infrastructure.
• Strong ability to resolve production release issues and manage systemic inefficiencies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools and Snowflake.
• Experience in a DevOps environment.
• 2-3 years of experience with transportation technology.
