Description

Lead QA efforts for specific titles, ensuring testing coverage meets production needs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium-sized team to manage testing schedules and focus.
• Coordinate with Producers and the QA Manager to request resources, staffing, and equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for studio production and leadership regarding testing health.
• Identify risks, provide estimates on testing capacity, and report project status to leadership.
• Mentor Development Support and Test Coordinators while assisting with hands-on testing when required.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven leadership experience coordinating teams through difficult situations.
• Experience managing multiple development cycles from pre-production to post-launch.
• Ability to write testing instructions and briefs.
• Experience estimating testing efforts and capacity.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in-studio 5 days a week in Vancouver.
• Experience interfacing between QA and Production teams.
