Own the QA strategy, execution model, and governance framework for digital products, ensuring quality coverage across web, mobile, and API layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end QA strategy, test architecture, and tool selection for distributed systems.
• Build and manage the internal QA team, overseeing manual, automated, and performance testing efforts.
• Design automated test frameworks and pipelines, integrating seamlessly with CI/CD workflows.
• Partner with external QA providers to scale testing throughput and accelerate time-to-market.
• Track key QA metrics including test coverage, defect escape rate, and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• 3+ years in a leadership or strategic QA role.
• Strong expertise in testing web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
• Experience embedding QA within CI/CD and Agile development processes.
• Knowledge of performance testing and risk-based testing strategies.
