Description

Lead technical and project-based testing and quality assurance activities for the SURE Test environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, load/performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Construct and maintain test cases, test data scripts, and test diagrams.
• Develop and deploy quality assurance standards and processes to support application development.
• Manage testing schedules, environment inventory, and entry/exit criteria.
• Mentor staff, provide knowledge transfer, and maintain detailed desk manuals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing leadership.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Soap UI.
• Experience with Load UI and load testing methodologies.
• Experience using LDAP.
• Ability to develop and code complex automated test scripts.
• Proven ability to manage project progress and communicate status to Project Managers.
