You will lead food safety and quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with FDA Food Code and regulatory standards. You own the internal audit process, compile reports, and execute corrective action plans through root cause analysis. You oversee customer, government, third-party, and SQF Program audits while managing compliance updates. You collaborate with Operations and line supervisors to enforce HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements. You supervise, coach, and train quality technicians and manage the departmental quality team. You serve as the primary liaison for federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. You inspect products, processes, and metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities and risks.
