Description

Manage end-to-end testing processes for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service transformation projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test plans, including schedules, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.
• Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing to ensure seamless implementation.
• Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams to ensure project success.
• Guide teams and ensure project milestones are met through effective communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience testing Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM modules.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences or information systems.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Field Service transformations.
