Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of automated testing frameworks and quality standards across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain automated testing frameworks, integrating tools into the CI/CD toolchain.
• Partner with Development Leads, Business Analysts, and Lines of Business to define testing standards and user acceptance test cases.
• Develop automated testing scripts, policies, and regression/smoke testing processes within build and deployment pipelines.
• Implement and manage test data management, security vulnerability testing, and static code analysis processes.
• Oversee defect tracking, performance engineering frameworks, and test environment maintenance in coordination with DevOps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, specifically within Quality Assurance, Agile Development, and DevOps.
• Proven experience in software development and automated test script development.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated test execution.
• Experience maintaining test environments running on Windows and VMware.
• Ability to implement unit testing and static code analysis technologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks and engineering processes.
• Experience with release automation and CI/CD integration.
• Background in managing defect tracking technologies and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing testing standards across multiple Lines of Business.
• Background in security vulnerability testing integration.
