Description

You will lead technical oversight and management of product quality for all distillery operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of quality compliance and documented quality systems.
• Lead a team of quality professionals across material, processing, and finished product quality control functions.
• Direct root cause investigations and corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA) for all product quality issues.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping programs to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and TTB regulations.
• Coordinate with operations, R&D, and packaging departments to resolve product on-hold situations and ensure specification compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality management or technical oversight.
• Bachelor's degree.
• HACCP expertise.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.
• ISO 22000 implementation experience.
• GFSIs standards application.
• Experience with TTB regulations for liquid processing, bottling, and labeling.
• Proficiency in auditing, process evaluation, and trend analysis.
• Proven ability to manage direct reports and develop professional staff.

Preferred Skills

• Execute audit programs, including Food Safety, GMP, and QA audits.
• Monitor quality metrics and KPIs.
