Description

You will develop, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure product quality for HRMS software serving over 600 corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive automated testing strategies and tool sets into the development process.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites to support current Quality Assurance workflows.
• Perform web application testing and multi-browser testing.
• Manage defects using tracking tools such as Bugzilla, Mantis, or Jira.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test plans, and requirements traceability matrices.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Proven experience in Web Application testing.
• Experience with multi-browser testing.
• Familiarity with test scenarios, test plans, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Exposure to defect tracking tools: Bugzilla, Mantis, or Jira.
