Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, execution, and strategy within agile teams.
• Oversee both manual and automation testing frameworks.
• Use Selenium for UI and regression testing.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams.
• Ensure end-to-end software quality and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Strong expertise in Selenium and automation testing.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and defining test strategies.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
