Verify product functionality and performance against requirements to ensure customer needs are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify testing documentation, including test plans, scope estimates, procedures, scripts, and installation instructions.
• Execute and track testing for new products and modifications to existing systems.
• Automate regression and smoke test scenarios.
• Establish and maintain structured testing methodologies and environments.
• Identify process improvements, error trends, and root causes to recommend remedies to management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing methodology.
• Proficiency in Java and C++.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG for test execution.
• Experience with SOAPUI for API testing.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools: Bugzilla, ClearQuest, and Xray.
• Network and protocol analysis using WireShark, HTTPWatch, and FireBug.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
