You will verify product functionality and performance against requirements to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and verify testing documentation, including test plans, scope estimates, procedures, scripts, and installation instructions.
  • Execute and track testing for new products and modifications to existing systems.
  • Automate regression and smoke test scenarios.
  • Establish and maintain structured testing methodologies and environments.
  • Identify process improvements, error trends, and root causes to recommend remedies to management.
  • Communicate software issues through defects and enhancement requests to the project team.
