Description

This role focuses on building and driving the automation strategy for software quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale automation frameworks using Java.
• Lead the transition from manual to automated testing using BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
• Execute comprehensive API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation.
• Manage project builds and dependencies using Maven and Gradle.
• Act as a quality advocate in the Scrum team, participating in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA/Software Testing.
• Proficiency in Java for automation development.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API testing.
• Strong knowledge of BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
• Proficiency with build tools like Maven and Gradle.
• Experience managing source code using Git.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
