Quality Assurance Specialist

Perform testing and quality assurance for HHS eligibility systems in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute detailed test scripts to validate system functionality.
• Execute regression testing within Agile frameworks.
• Adhere to formal QA processes and industry-accepted best practices.
• Demonstrate technical and functional competence during interviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in testing with knowledge of Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits.
• 7+ years of experience writing and executing test scripts.
• 7+ years of experience following formal QA processes and industry best practices.
• Experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and policy.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility systems including Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, or Child Care.
