Description

You will manage QA aspects of releases and coordinate testing resources to ensure quality requirements are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for QA release activities and resource coordination.
• Execute testing work in strict accordance with established test plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Provide feedback to the System Integrator regarding testing outcomes and implications.
• Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through to closure.
• Follow formal QA processes and daily objectives as defined by the QA lead.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with manual scripting and test execution.
• Proficiency in Selenium for automation scripting.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, or Child Care Integrated Eligibility systems.
• Experience testing eligibility rules.
• Experience with reports and integration testing.
• Experience using test management tools.
• Ability to use Cucumber for automation.
