Description

You will design and execute automated testing solutions to ensure software meets business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and manual test plans.
• Develop requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, and regression test plans.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities.
• Lead troubleshooting sessions with IT and business staff to resolve bugs and issues.
• Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA testing experience using industry-standard verification and validation processes.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with test automation development using Selenium.
• Proficiency in creating automated test scripts and performing process mapping.
• Experience mentoring QA Analysts and leading small troubleshooting groups.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and synthesize them into technical test scenarios.
• Expertise in documentation, including detailed reporting and presenting test results.
• 4-year college degree in Computer Information Systems or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
