Description

Ensure the quality and reliability of Health and Human Services (HHS) Eligibility Systems through rigorous testing and process enforcement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute extensive testing for HHS Eligibility Systems.
• Write and execute detailed test scripts.
• Enforce formal QA processes and industry-accepted best practices within the Systems Implementation team.
• Collaborate with the Systems Implementation team to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy.
• 7+ years of experience as a tester with in-depth knowledge of Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits.
• 7+ years of experience adhering to formal QA processes and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to write and execute test scripts.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
