Quality Assurance Specialist

You will perform manual functional and compatibility testing across web and mobile applications, websites, emails, and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual functional and compatibility testing for web, mobile apps, emails, and digital media.
• Write clear test plans and document bug tickets with high detail.
• Prioritize site-wide bug fixes based on severity and scope.
• Share user experience insights and quality assurance recommendations with internal and external teams.
• Create documentation to define testing plans and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery).
• Ability to read and write simple HTML to perform basic code fixes.
• Experience with Version Control Systems and bug tracking software.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Competency with all major internet browsers on both Mac and PC.
• Familiarity with tablet devices (Android, iPad) and smartphones.
• Knowledge of browser plugins such as Java and Flash.
• Bachelor's degree.
