Description

You will lead quality assurance functions, managing and mentoring technical staff and automation analysts while acting as a subject matter expert on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain the existing automation test framework.
• Execute test plans based on project priorities and certify QA test coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis to define problems and provide solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve product glitches and design issues.
• Apply quality engineering techniques to increase QA throughput and guide automation analysts.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of testing experience, including leadership and test automation.
• Proficiency with SQL, web services, and web applications.
• Experience with SmartBear SOAP-UI/ReadyAPI, LoadUI, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong understanding of Groovy/Java scripting and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience creating and executing automated test scripts via Jenkins.
• Knowledge of test runners such as ReadyAPI runner, JUnit5, TestNG, or Cucumber.
• Understanding of design patterns for test automation.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle builders.
• Proven ability in data analysis, data verification, and defect tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
