Description

You will lead testing efforts to ensure software meets quality standards before release.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor testers, guiding them on quality practices.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, defining scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
• Coordinate and execute functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Provide status reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years in a lead or senior testing role.
• Proven experience leading testing for Oracle Fusion and HCM solutions.
• Experience managing SIT and UAT testing for large teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Ability to lead daily status calls on testing and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with programming languages and development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
