Description

You will lead a QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery through test planning, automation, and team management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee the creation of test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of edge cases and negative scenarios.
• Track team progress, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and product management on quality standards.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and technical issues to project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Team Lead role.
• 3+ years of experience with automation tools including Selenium and TestNG.
• 3+ years of experience using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, Specflow, or Reqnroll.
• Proficiency in programming with C# .NET or Java.
• Deep understanding of BDD principles and practices.
• Knowledge of functional, non-functional, regression, performance, load, security, and user acceptance testing.
