Description

Own end-to-end testing processes to certify software acceptance and ensure high-quality releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver test plans, test cases, and reusable test scripts based on functional requirements and use cases.
• Perform requirements verification, functional, security, regression, positive/negative testing, and post-production validation.
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and weekly remediation calls to resolve long-pending and warranty defects.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify new test scenarios and manage regression suite assignments for patch releases.
• Develop test automation scripts, perform data setup for load testing, and distribute Test Summary Reports.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer, C, C++, Java, and Groovy.
• Experience with UNIX scripting and Jenkins or GitLab.
• Knowledge of HIPAA ANSI X12 standards and EDI (834, 820, 270, 271, 837, 999).
• Hands-on experience with public cloud environments such as AWS or MS Azure.
• Ability to test interfaces communicating with cloud services.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for interpreting test results and making technical recommendations.
• Experience reviewing the work of business analysts and junior testers to ensure requirement alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium and core Java.
• Performance testing experience, specifically with SaaS LoadRunner.
• Background in Health and Human Services or governmental data processing applications.
