Description

You own the end-to-end testing strategy, balancing automation with manual validation to ensure system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks.
• Conduct API and performance testing using JMeter, including load testing scenarios.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries against Oracle and MSSQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects within Agile/SAFe ceremonies.
• Generate test coverage reports and clearly communicate blockers, level of effort, and testing progress.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of continual experience in Quality Assurance roles.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium for UI automation.
• Expert-level capability in JMeter for performance and load testing.
• Advanced SQL skills with Oracle and MSSQL databases.
• Hands-on API testing experience.
• Ability to determine when automation is appropriate versus manual testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and Java programming for automation scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppDynamics, Maven, Apache, and RHEL Linux administration.
• Familiarity with Docker container development and testing.
• Ability to design tests that reflect real-world infrastructure dependencies and usage scenarios.

Comfortable working as an individual contributor with ≥80% of time spent on test case development, execution, and defect documentation.
