Description

You lead testing for medium and large development projects, designing optimal solutions for high-quality technology testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall test environment and automation framework setup.
• Design, develop, and execute testing plans, accurately estimating priority and difficulty.
• Track bugs, document actions, and communicate status with engineers and project managers.
• Develop best practices for software testing, delivery, and educational materials.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a software testing role.
• Strong background in testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in automatic test creation and execution.
• Knowledge of scripting languages, specifically JavaScript or Python.
• Experience as a developer for testing, including Python, PowerShell, and service interaction.
• Solid technical IT background.
• Ability to work structured while maintaining a clear operational overview.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web applications and continuous integration testing (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Expertise in performance or security testing or test process improvement.
