Description

Lead testing efforts and manage project lifecycles from definition through implementation within a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of testers by providing guidance on methodologies, best practices, and tool usage.
• Develop and orchestrate detailed test plans, integrated master test plans, and test strategies.
• Coordinate execution of functional, user experience, regression, integration (API and Flat File), reports, and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and manage defects through the full testing lifecycle to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with module vendors and stakeholders to author cross-module test cases and define acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in manual testing using manual test techniques.
• 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience as a Test Lead coordinating efforts in large enterprise application environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project methodology.
• 5+ years of experience testing within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in coordination of cross-functional testing.
• Proven experience in the development of an Integrated Master Test Plan.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, requirements traceability, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency with JIRA for tracking and management.

Preferred Skills

• Medicaid, Healthcare, or State Government/Public Sector experience.
• Familiarity with CMS testing standards and frameworks.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
