Description

Lead and govern testing activities to ensure product quality across complex projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce testing best practices, standards, and methodologies aligned with PMO and QA frameworks.
• Facilitate creation of test strategies, approaches, and plans.
• Track test execution progress, defect aging, and SLA compliance.
• Lead QA strategy while executing tactical testing activities on complex projects with distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or test program delivery.
• Experience with test and requirements management tools: qTest and JIRA.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Tosca, Gherkin, Jenkins, and Postman.
• Deep understanding of QA best practices across the SDLC.
• Familiarity with performance testing using LoadRunner.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven ability to act as a change agent in cross-functional environments.
