Description

Lead testing efforts and coordinate quality assurance across cross-functional teams and offshore resources in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Lead, mentor, and provide automation testing support to offshore teams.
• Create, review, and manage test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and collaborate with development and support teams.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of overall software testing experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies.
• Experience in the Retail domain, specifically supply chain, order management, and warehouse management.
• Proficiency with APIs and Database testing.
• Experience working with offshore teams across different time zones.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Test Management Tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in test coordination within cross-functional environments.
