Description

You will manage all testing activities across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, security, and data conversion testing.
• Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities on modern technology platforms.
• Review, update, and create test strategies, suites, and cases.
• Document and report test results, data conversion and integration issues/concerns, and problem incident reports/defect status.
• Provide training and mentoring to testing team members.
• Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• Experience with Jira, TestSavvy, JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, and SQL.
• Understanding of the full software life cycle with a focus on testing discipline.
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMeter or JProfiler.
• Experience with Salesforce.
