Description

You will execute manual and automated testing to verify software functionality and ensure quality standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Design detailed test cases based on software requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and report software defects with severity, priority, and reproduction steps.
• Analyze test results to assess quality and collaborate with development teams on defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT testing, quality assurance, and change management functions.
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-platform IT development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Leapwork.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using ServiceNow for tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with script writing.
