Description

You will execute QA testing processes and manage change management functions within a cross-platform development environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA testing and write functional scripts.
• Document and troubleshoot software errors thoroughly.
• Manage the system test life cycle, including reviews and test case documentation.
• Perform change management functions within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in writing test scripts.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Waterfall methodology.
• Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of the system test life cycle and review processes.
• Ability to work in cross-platform development environments.
