Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process for ALIP applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans across functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT levels.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for regression and API validation.
• Validate data accuracy across policy, billing, claims, commissions, and underwriting workflows.
• Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, performing root cause analysis for timely sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for automation.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration testing.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of life and annuity insurance concepts, including underwriting and claims.
• Ability to perform SQL-based data validation and batch job monitoring.
• Understanding of ALIP architecture, configuration, and policy lifecycle events.
• Experience validating data flows between ALIP and external systems like CRM.
