Description

You will manage quality processes across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring rigorous testing standards for multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies, test conditions, and scripts for active projects.
• Analyze project requirements to create comprehensive test plans that ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead estimation exercises for QA phases and contribute to release planning and scheduling.
• Manage test environments and processes using automation tools to streamline execution.
• Identify quality risks and mentor team members to ensure timely task completion.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, Systems Analyst, or Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with Selenium and SQL for automated testing and data validation.
• Experience with HP Quality Center and Load Runner for test management and performance testing.
• Hands-on expertise with legacy automation tools including Itko, Lisa, Test Partner, Win Runner, Quick Test Pro, or QTP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying instructions and priorities.
• Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or a Business-related field.
