Description

Lead quality assurance and control efforts for large, complex IT system projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project Quality Management Plan and manage all QA/QC activities, including integrated master schedule updates.
• Develop, measure, and maintain test matrices to track coverage, velocity, and system quality metrics.
• Lead and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) teams, defining strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Implement system, regression, and system integration testing methodologies.
• Oversee external interface testing efforts and manage all test-related documentation, including test cases, results, and defects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• 4+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 3+ years managing QA/QC for large, complex IT system projects.
• 3+ years leading UAT teams using Waterfall, Hybrid, or Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years implementing system, regression, and system integration testing.
• 3+ years leading external interface testing efforts.
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools such as SoapUI, Katalon, Selenium, or Postman.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
