Description

Design and execute automated testing strategies to ensure software quality across multiple layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks within TDD and BDD environments.
• Execute functional, API, and performance testing to validate system integrity.
• Perform database validation using SQL against relational databases.
• Identify and report defects using test management and tracking tools.
• Collaborate within Agile methodologies to improve quality assurance processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in software testing and automation.
• 2+ years of experience with JUnit, Rest Assured, Appium, Gauge, Cucumber, or Selenium.
• Proficiency with API testing using REST, SOAP, and Bruno.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with software build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr for test management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Python, Ansible, Golang, Shell scripts, Terraform, or PowerShell.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of security testing concepts.
