Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools for hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation frameworks to achieve continuous testing objectives and reduce manual effort.
  • Build reporting dashboards to provide visibility into quality across products, builds, and environments.
  • Enforce testing policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the business.
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed agile and Scrum teams to transform legacy codebases into autonomous, sustainable systems.
  • Partner with SREs and development teams to define and maintain SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of software testing experience.
  • Proven experience delivering solutions for complex business testing problems using SDLC processes.
  • Experience working with technical leadership to define strategic testing direction and best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to lead and resolve test tool issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within strong technical teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GCP or AWS.
  • Domain expertise in the Financial industry.
  • Cloud Certification.
