Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test suites for web applications to ensure high coverage and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, scenarios, and execute testing while documenting all cases in test management tools.
• Develop and improve test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to define test strategies and validate functionality.
• Monitor automation processes, communicate failures, and support non-functional testing including stress, performance, and security testing.
• Review and refactor existing manual and automated tests to enhance regression technology and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or quality assurance, focused on automated testing.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Java (versions 7 and 8).
• Expertise building automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST-Assured, and TestNG or JUnit.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database validation in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman and REST-Assured.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of source control using SVN and/or Git.
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking and agile workflows.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
